I’ve spent my life working across industries, always drawn to the same thing: solving problems and helping people succeed.
I know how hard it is to keep a business going — and how much harder it is to grow one without the right support. I’ve seen too many brilliant ideas get lost in the noise, too many passionate owners stretched thin, and too many bottom lines bleeding without anyone noticing until it’s too late.

With over 20 years in restaurants and hospitality — including 13 years as a chef with a highly trained palate — and another decade in finance, sales, and leadership, I bring a rare blend of operations expertise, culinary insight, and financial strategy to the table. My niche is helping restaurants and food trucks cut waste, plan smarter menus, train staff for upselling, and boost profitability without sacrificing quality.
