I am a business operations and financial services professional with over 30 years of experience spanning hospitality operations, banking, sales leadership, and organizational management. My background includes hands-on operational roles as well as leadership positions in highly regulated, performance-driven environments.
I began my career in hospitality, where I developed a strong foundation in operations, workflow efficiency, cost control, and customer experience. That experience sharpened my ability to identify inefficiencies, manage competing priorities, and operate calmly under pressure.
I later transitioned into banking and financial services, working as a loan officer and banker with national institutions including Citigroup and U.S. Bank. In these roles, I supported clients with financial decision-making, compliance-driven processes, and clear communication around sensitive financial matters.
In addition to my professional roles, I have led independent consulting and operational support engagements focused on process improvement, financial clarity, documentation accuracy, and leadership development across service-based organizations.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Management & Leadership, along with professional certifications in Culinary Arts, Wine Marketing, and Business Leadership. I am known for my integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within established systems while contributing thoughtful improvements.
